hey is there any sort of food that you can eat to encourage the size of your breast's please help any ways you can make them bigger

Nope. Weight gain (and every thing will get bigger, not just your chest), pregnancy and surgery are the ONLY things that will make them get bigger. Breasts grow until a woman is in her 20s.
