Google Earth shows a major road in the way but there must be crossing bridges or underpasses for pedestrians?

It's definitely do-able. It's about 2 miles from downtown, which really isn't that far at all. I love how everyone dismisses this distance as "too far." It'll take you about 40 minutes, but if you've got no rush it can be a nice walk and you'll save yourself $15 and probably get there sooner than most of the drivers.

Not only long, but hiking up quite a few hills along the way. Sounds like fun in 90 degree weather.

its hard to find Dodger Stadium since it almost looks hidden when your walking. you also have climb a hill. I would recommend driving.
