I don't believe there are any truly effective OTC meds that will help.

If you are really sick, ask your doctor to prescribe some Zofran. It is like a miracle drug, I swear.

I was never keen to take any tablets or medication while pregnant, so I used to have a piece of dry toast and drink plenty of water, I was lucky my sickness was only in the morning.

If it gets too bad go see the doctor, they can advise you whats best for you, we are all different.

Good Luck hope the nausea passes soon, but make sure you keep drinking plenty of fluids.

Those Pregnancy Pops they sell at Motherhood Maternity and Babies R Us are pretty good.

Also some pharmacies sell wristbands used to help fight motion sickness. they have a little button on the inside of the wristband that puts pressure on a certain part of the inside of your wrist.

Emetrol is good if your doctor will let you take it.

He told me to try vitamin B-6. I tried and it didn't work for me.
