I can only tell that any marriage certificate issued by any church let it be Roman Catholic Church in Kerala or any where in India is a legal document if such marriage has been registered under the provisions of the Christian Marriage Act, 1872. As far issuing any Divorce decree by any Church is concerned this will not be legally recognizable Decree of Divorce under the Indian Divorce Act,1869 (as amended) & only Decree of Divorce passed by the Family Court under section 10 of the Indian Divorce Act,1869 has legal value for any purpose. This is the correct legal position for Indian Christians belonging to any denomination & only the above named Acts with regard to marriage & divorce are applicable to them & any order passed under these Acts is legal & valid in the eye of law.

Are you asking if you can get married in a Roman Catholic church after a divorce? well the answer is no. You can be married in an Evangelical or a Unitarian church. I go to India about 3 times a year in my capacity as a Priest. I go to A.P if you are near there, then I would do the marriage for you

What is your problem? - Do not depend on the Church's Certificate, get the Legal certificate and then legally notify the church to - by sending a court order to the Church's Judicial Vicar!!

If your marriage is Church Annulled then you can get marry in RC Church.
legal matters you have to handle separatly.
