i meant photosynthesis taking place by using sunlight. other lights especially from electrical light can do also the same effect?

Yes, photosynthesis will occur with electrical light, but the efficientcy depends on the type of light. Higher wattage incandescent lights are better than lower wattage incandescents, but produce more heat and use more energy. Halogen lights are even more efficient. Flourescent lights are best, but are more expensive to instal (cheaper to run however).
Special plant growth lights are made to be tailored to the specific wavelengths of light best suited for photosynthesis ( GE's Gro-n-Sho is one). But in the end a regular old light will do, just don't expect to win blue for biggest tomato at the local fair using one =)

Yes, electrical lights can produce light that can be used by plants to carry on photosynthesis. However, incandescent lights are not good (because of the type of spectrum they emit) but fluorescent (especially "grow lights") are much better sources.
