Where did you see that you would be 5'8"? There is no way to predict height. Girls grow until they are 18-21, so you still have some time. (Chances are you will be somewhere between your parents, but you are going to have to wait and see how tall you end up). There is no way to make yourself grow taller. it was all pre-determined before you were born.

You can't pinpoint how tall you will end up being to be honest. You may reach 5'9", or you may stay 5'7". The best thing to do is to keep eating plenty of protien, staying fit, and making sure you are getting all of you nutrients and plenty (at least 8 hours every night) of sleep. That way your bdy can grow and you will get taller and be even healthier!

Good luck in the world of modeling, and never forget-don't starve yourself and always stay REAL.

I stopped growing at 11, so you could be done now. I think that you could be 5'9''. You have a really tall family history, so I bet you will be tall. One inch isn't a stretch. Most girls stop growing two-three years after they've gotten their period, so that might give you some indication of how much growing time you have left. Don't do any drastic diets until you are sure you have reached your adult height. It could stunt your growth.

I think you should be happy that you're 5'7": Average height for women is 5'4". Girls that are taller than everyone else always seem "gawky". Also, modeling isn't all is cracked up to be. My mom was a model, and I tried some "gigs".

Most guys I know hit a major growth spurt at the age of 17-19. Growth spurt as in they were 5'4 and then suddenly 5'11

That is no guarantee that you will grow some more, just cause your family is a certain height don't mean you will be.And what do you mean it says you will be 5"8???

You still have about 5 years to add another couple of inches so you surely will be able to make 5ft9". Just step up the proteins in your diet, and let's have this discussion again in another couple of years.

it all depends on your "jeans", not your parents. my friend is Thai and his parents are 5 foot and 5 foot 1 inches, but he is over 6 foot.

it also depends on your legs and your legs are in your "jeans"...lol get it?
