Sometimes people do fall out of bed. But there is a good reason. Much like a computer, our mind has different stages of running power. When we sleep normally, this could be compared to a stand by state-we are resting,b ut are ready to get up and back to work at a few moments notice. When we are deep asleep, this could be considered hibernation,a nd it'll take us alot to get out of it. Hnece when we fall out of bed-we took to long to notice how close tot he edge we were lol.
