7 reasons for dissatifaction
1. Excessive tardiness and absenteeism
2. Lack of enthusiasm indicated by reducing working hours.
3. Decreased quality and quantity of work.
4. Complaints by employees against a particular individual within the company.
5. Complaints by an individual employee regarding salary, benefits, working hours, working conditions, etc.
6. Increased e-mail usage during work time.
7. Displays of anger, frequent arguments with associates or team members or other inappropriate activity.

Here's some indicators to get you started:
1) People taking a lot of sick days.
2) People being late back from lunch or other breaks
3) Low productivity or accuracy of work
4) Low morale, eg people just don't seem very cheerful whilst they're at work
5) Lots of employees resigning or attempting to search for a job elsewhere (known as high staff turnover)

employees r the real jewel, human resorce, ingredients, productive agent of an organisation. an organisation can't afford to put its employees in darker area coz it's very significant to be competitive and dissatisfaction may arise due to following reasons : -
1. inept handling of top management to address the iwssues pertaining to employees.
2. they r not paid expected wages
3. their suggestions, grievances r not listened to.
4. bad environment of organisation.
5. technological and structural changes introduced in the organisation.
6. feeling of boredom and monotony if they perform same work in routine.
7. if they r not given any encouragement, appreciation and reward.
8. complex work.
9. ignorance of peers.
10. if employer rebuke them for small matters in front of their colleagues.
