I would go to the doctor I was 4 weeks pregnant and was havinf abdominal pain and I went and unfortunitly I miscarried 2 weeks ago. So it is not normally to have pelvic pain or abdominal pain. Everything may be ok or not. But you will feel a lot better once the doctor says your ok. He might tell you to take it easy since most miscarriages accute during the first 12 weeks. I wish you so much luck and have my fingers crossed.

Could be an ectopic pregnancy which would be life threatening or perhaps a burst ovarian cyst. I had similar symptoms during my third pregnancy and thought I might be ectopic so went to ER after a day of not being able to stand up straight. Ultrasound revealed burst ovarian cyst.
Mild cramping is normal but not severe pain. Have that checked out by M.D. Good luck!

I had very strong pelvic pain around 5 1/2 weeks. It took about a week to go away. My doctor said it was normal.
Try to rest as much as possible and stay away from physical activity that has you stretching your legs a lot or leaning to one side or another.

Actually I think that its possible because i had pains around in that area. and i continued to go to the doctor because i knew there had to be something wrong but they kept sending me back home telling me that i was fine. Really, its just your body adjusting to the baby growing inside. Especially if its your first pregnancy. Your body has to go through some changes. But if you still have a feeling that somthings not right, i suggest that you go to the doctor. Good luck and congratulations!!!!!!!!!

It can be normal. peoples pain threshold is differnt what may be severe may be moderate to another woman. You will feel all sorts of cramping and pain from the ligaments in your womb streching to make room for baby as you progress but if it isnt accompnied by blood id relax and wait to see the dr.

I think it is normal to have mild cramping during early pregnancy. I just read up on it and it says if it is severe, you should go see a doctor because it is not normal.

RUN to the doctor. you could have an ectopic pregnancy: a pregnancy that implanted in your fallopian tube. An ultrasound in an ER could give you the answer.
PS you are at the exact gestational age for that problem. you REALLY need to see a doctor.
