I get my songs from limewire and i take it to Itunes 7.3(latest version) and i can't edit the songs, why is that

Do you mean like changing the name of taking parts out of the song.Because from what i know of i dont think you can do that anymore.But i think you use to.

i haven't had a problem changing names of songs. did you try to click on the name to get the edit from that instead of the right click get info way?

i dont know why but i know that you can change the name of the song on windows media player...
or you can change the name of it in the file that its located in.
