mmmmmmmmmmm yea i had that once and they are really good.
they taste like... a beet that has been pickled.. i don't know how else to describe it. but if you like pickles and you like sourcraut, then it's worth a try. and if you don't, it's still worth a try.

I like a pickled beet better than a cooked beet. They taste the same just that the pickled beet is cold, with a bit of vinegar taste.

I love pickled beets and they taste like a cucumber would when it becomes a pickle only it is a beet becoming a pickle

They're slightly sweet, mostly tart and tangy but always delicious! As a newlywed, I searched for a recipe but couldn't find any. A few years later I found one listed as Harvard beets. I used canned sliced beets rather than fresh. I don't care for cooked beets.

I love pickled beets! They are sweet and tangy, and a tad bit tart. But fun to eat.

LOVE 'em; tart with a nice consistency.My huz HATES them. Me and my daughter used to chase him around the house with a beet in each hand tormenting him.LOL He was (and is) almost phobic about beets!! It's hilarious!

I love them! I put hard boiled eggs in the jar and after a few days, they are pickled, too! And purple! Very yummy! Lol, kinda like your purple hair!

They are pretty dang good. Hard to describe the tase. Kinda like a sweet:dirt tase. We eat em a lot down here in the south.
