Well my son just got up with Gastro ,and vomited all over our carpet,so at this moment I'd have to say a sore throat.

Sore throat.
Because I recently had an upset stomach, which when it emptied it's contents upward, gave me a sore throat, which I still have.
Also the effects of an upset stomach can wreak havoc on both ends of your body (vomiting and diarrhea, etc).
Both are bad, but being unable to keep food down or even wanting to think about food is just terrible.
You can more easily sooth a sore throat until you can see a doctor. You can't always sooth an upset stomach, and may have to carry a bucket to the doctor, which might not cover accidents on both ends.

An upset stomach. There are more remedies out there and they usually work a lot faster. If I get a sore throat it lasts for days and hurts like you know what!

Sore throat. I had an upset stomach on a road trip the other day, it didn't go over too well.

I sing all the time so I'd have to say a sore tummy but I suppose you can take lozenges for sore throat - the solution isn't quite as effective for upset stomachs!

Upset stomachs. They go away after a couple trips to the bathroom, unlike sore throats.

Oh, I hate both! But I'd rather have a sore throat. With that, I can still suck on lozenges, and have a decent sleep without rushing to the toilet or contorting my my body as it is being crippled by cramps.
