Go To Your Computer And Try Searching For The name Of the Disc. I Had The Same Problem Before, But I Fixed It By Doing That.

Open my computer and check whether there is icon for CD, if it is there than
1. go to device manager(Right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager)
2. Right click on CD and go to properties check device should not be disabled,
3. if it is enabled then problem is with your lens and you will have to clean the lens, you will have to take it to mechanic,
4. if icon is not there open your CPU and tight all the connections of the CD,
5. then start PC go to CMOS Setup make sure CD Rom is detected, and then follow steps given above.

Try this.http://www.moonvalley.com/products/rwavdc/enable.htm

It looks like autrun is disabled for your drive. You can go to MY Computer and click on the dvd/cd drive to access it as well. Good luck.
