Only 96 hours (4 days). I personally think she derserves way more. She broke the law. She had like 2 D.U.I.s and was driving that wrong way on the interstate. If you ask me, celebs aren't getting the right amount of jail time for their violations. What do you think: Should Nicole be sentenced longer, or should Nicole just be gald of what she has?

She probably deserves more time but 4 days is OK. She will probably do half or 1 day. Celebrities think they are about the law.

I think Nicole Richie is a spolied brat. if a normal person got 2 DUI'S they would be in jail for 9 months or more! i think its wrong that Celebs get off easy!! first of all she needs to start eating instead of wanting all the attention on her. she needs to stop drinking and drinving! i hate her! Yes. She didn't denied she did anything wrong like Paris. It's time these young women (celebrities) go to jail for the crime that commit. I hope she leaned her lesson but time will tell. I hope she will change her ways since she is expecting a baby.

This sentence seems a bit light, as far as jail time goes. I liked what the judge told her. Hopefully she will do her jail time, pay her fine and go to the driving classes as ordered.

i think Nicole and Paris should do 45 days in jail because ,
if it was some one else they would be going to prison for
a year or 2yrs, see Texas don't play around .
(when you see that sign don't mess with Texas they mean just that..........
