How could I give an unbiased answer to a bias-provoking question?

Hard to tell from an unbiased point of view. I am a Libra, so I'm gonna say that, but once again, it's biased.
Libras are stronger, I think, when it comes to intellect, justice, social scenes, and diplomacy. Libras are great at seeing everyone's point of view and coming up with solutions that benefit everyone involved. And we're awesome flirts!
Scorpios are stronger when it comes to emotion, individual thoughts, and passion. Scorpios can get inside people's heads and find out what keeps them burning. They know how to enhance and shut down someone's personality. And supposedly, they're awesome in bed (though I wouldn't know personally).
So yeah, apples and oranges, and every sign has it's good and bad points.

well being a Scorpio and having a Libra Husband I'd say we both have very powerful qualities. our strengths and weaknesses balance each other out....

scorpios are better. Libras can be unbalanced and unable to control their emotions. Scorpios have the ability to control themselves.
