You are still not seperated and you are having a relationship, it is surely not a good thing to do, because people tend to carry their baggage from previous relationships on to the new one, How are you going to value this other women who is also still married and is dating you. What kind of values are your two holding on to. It may seem appripriate right now but as this relationship becomes serious there may be trust issues, because both have evidently proved to each other that having an affair is ok?
Give it a second thought, and check your own stand, if any relationship is dependent on individual needs, then it is not going to work. Once the south pole attraction is over, and matters reaches north pole, you will see reality. And reality is honest.

well everything depends upon what actually happened. If possible and as per your thinking it will take another 3 months, better think about the relationship. If the girl is not cooperating with you, then better call off. If both of you want to continue, then you should give it a try.

As your separation is nearly confirmed, I can't say that you are doing anything wrong. If the new relationship does not legally impinge on your separation proceedings you may carry on. The girl being in the same situation should make an ideal partner for you as she will understand you better. So you may carry on.

Nope, you're way out of line here. There's an order to doing things. Get divorced first then get a girlfriend. And never mess with a married woman. If she'll leave her husband for you, guess what? She'll leave you for then next husband. Also watch how much of a fight her husband puts up to keep her, If he lets her walk without a fight Chances are he doesn't want her and there might be a good reason he doesn't want her. I was married 17 yrs and let my wife go without a fight, I let her bf have all her issues. You be ending up with a woman you really don't want. Good Luck

Do not be sure of 3 months in Indian courts it coudl go anywhere from your 3 months to 12-20years!! And do not get caught with your new girl else you could be penalised for adultry or bigamy - which would make you loose all your rights.

Dont ask these people if you are headed in the right direction. Most wont be real nice sence they see it as cheating. Go look in the mirror and ask your self that question. Only you know how you feel. If you feel its right then most likely it is. You do what makes you happy and let her go. You know when its over and you will know when it is the begining. Good luck.

Married and already seeing someone new...that is not cool. Although statistics say that men leave their wives when they have found someone new, and women leave their husbands because they are done with them. So I guess you are adding to the validity of the statistic. Still wrong.

sounds like you are already in over your head. For all involved - and for her. just stop seeing her till everything is done. If there is value in the relationship - it will pick up afterwards. Man - you guys don't waste any time!
