If tax cuts have led to higher revenues, why do we keep going deeper into debt?
I guess it's the welfare children's fault, in your opinion. I know we need to watch for govt. waste and fraud, but come on!
I mean. look at the price tag for the Iraq war so far!

Bush's " Tax Cut Republicans " ? Absolutely not. This would end the war, if they had to pay for it.
That would not be patriotic, would it? Why should they sacrifice anything for this war on terra ?

Yes, I would be willing to end the tax breaks for the middle class and working poor, but not the top 1%.

We should then have a draft with private personal deferment accounts.

There is no reason too as the annual debt is not growing thanks to the previous tax cuts. Besides if you wanted to raise more money for the federal government (something I think the liberals would like) the answer is to cut taxes - it works every time.
