Lindsey Lohan should spend some time in Jail ? Or should we send her home with her parents instead ?

Both. Look, rehab didn't help her. There's nothing more her parents could do for her, either, since they aren't close as a family to begin with. Hopefully jail teaches her a thing or two, and by that time, she'll miss her family and want to discuss problems. She doesn't have a friend that could tell her "no" either. It sickens me.

i feel sorry for her.
here she was on the brink of what could have been a good career..and she blew it.
what she didn't realize is that there are many more young women with looks and talent..waiting to take her place.
it's a business and bottom line is money in hollywood.
hollywood is forgiving..but not when it's a constant problem.
she's over..and will never quite regain her status in hollywood again.
if her parents had been there to start with..she wouldn't be in the situation she is in now.

It seems that neither rehab or her parents are successful in helping her, so it seems apparent there is only one thing left --
J A I L. I'm always willing to give people chances/opportunities, but if they fail all you can do is consider any alternative. (In this instance, it seems to be jail.)

jail --just like everyone who did what she did. why should she be given any special consideration? maybe being jailed would be an eye opener for her.

I think they should put her on a boat with paris and britney and just let them get lost at sea somewhere and hopefully they will not find their way back because i am so sick of hearing about them.

jail as much as i feel sorry for her she should go to jail if a normal person did that they would go strate to jail so she should go to jail
