Yeah exercise will help. Get on an exercise routine if your too lazy. I find inspiration is what keeps me going. I am pretty lazy. But not totally. When theres work to do, or when money has to be made, I will get productive and stop being lazy for an hour or two, or however long it takes me to complete the work. Also if your talking about school...school isn't for everyone. But everyones gotta work. Unless you are on disability or have gotten an inheritance. You know, haha.

Although all the other suggestions are good... they made me laugh.

Just set yourself little targets to begin with, eg go on a run twice a week. Set out how far or how long you want to run for. Then slowly build it up. Start small and work your way up. If you don't do it, set yourself a punishment- no chocolate for however many days, you can't watch tv etc!

Good luck

I'm trying to do that myself. I find I have to MAKE myself do things. I set aside a time and I have to ride my bike or walk at that time. I also volunteered for a couple of things, that's like having a job and I'm used to that.

Just get up your back side and do something, and that will soon sort out your problem of laziness.

How did you get into being lazy . . . retrace your steps then do the complete opposite. Only be warned you could end up being the person who asks the question, how do I get out of being so stressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
