The numeric keypad is laid out so that it is easier to operate with just one hand.

not any difference, other than location and orientation. the right hand set of keys was originally designed for people who do a lot of data entry.

idk nothing i think one u can put on num lock, i use the one on the side thasa easier for me... ya no i always wondered that tooooooo.......
