You never know what fashion demands. When you wore tight pants you would never think about bell bottoms, and when BB's were in you wanted the biggest bell.
When a fashion pundit says wear shoes on the wrong feet, and makes shirts button up on the side or whatever - be sure you will do it if you are fashion friendly.
For now, just dont worry. You are not out of style if you wear your shoes on the right feet !!

I've not been known to make fashion statements anyway, plus I'd be more comfortable with the right shoe on the right foot.

as in mismathced shoes?
casue i'm thinking wearing the wrong shoes on the wrong feet would be uncomfortable. in any case. no i would not
but as the above person said i do wear mismathced socks all the time...but mostly just casue i can't be bothered to match them up properly
