i always see a white blank at the top of the internet explorer whenever i browse! it covers up like 1/4 of the page!!!!! i absolutely have no clue on wht to do!!!
pls pls pls help me with this!

The address bar is not blank - it always has a URL in it and does not cover 1/4 of the page.
Are you starting at a site that uses frames? Try going to a site with a link you want to visit, hold the Ctrl key and click the link. That will open in a new tab. See if the white space is still there. If not, then your start page uses frames with the top one being blank.
