Lsat is a test for someone who wants to become a lawyer and yes you can take it in the UK, so long as there are lawyers in the UK

The LSAT is the Law School Admissions Test. If you're from the UK, you're probably familiar with exit examinations that are given at various stages of ones academic career. Well, in the US, there are entrance exams given to determine ones aptitude for a given course of study. These are standardized and administered by large private testing companies. The LSAT is one of these.

It is available 3 times a year (June, September, and December) at Ironmongers' Hall, Shaftesbury Place Barbican, London EC2Y 8AA.
