I was able to do this on the last version, whichever version that was by clicking on "view" and changing the font size to extra large.
Now I just downloaded Internet Explorer 7 on my computer and dont see how to make the font larger .
How?

Go to page on your menu bar and click on text size to change or real easy way if your mouse has the scroll wheel, then hold control and scroll in or out to change text size
