Yes.
Its rather funny because I'm pretty smart, but when I have my rare airhead moments, they are really, really bad.

Of course not!
I have all my sandwiches thank you!
They are not all covered with pickles and some have mayo, some spicey mustard. Sometimes my sandwiches slide around in the basket, get stuck in between the paper plates and the forks and spoons, and I have to root around in there to find them, but, Kind Sir, I do have all my sandwiches!

Oh, I just read the question again...ummm, yes I have been accused of being a sandwich short of a picnic basket. FALSELY ACCUSED!

personally no, and that's a very odd accusation because i no none of such documents that define how many sandwiches you need in order to have a picnic. it would only make sense in saying that there should be as many sandwiches as people involved in the occasion of a picnic in order for it to be a picnic, unless of course one or more persons do not want to have a sandwich and require some other food such as a salad.

Nope, but they have accused others of
"not being the sharpest tool in the shed"
"not the brightest star in the sky"
"The lights are on but no one's home"
"the elevator's working, it just can't make it to the top floor." etc.
Why do you ask? Is there somethign about the expression you don't understand?

Most likely, thats happened behind my back, so to speak.

The one I get told all the time is to *Stand up, Hunny*

That means something went flying over my head, and if I'm lucky enough....when I stand up, it'll smack me upside the head and I'll finally get it....:)
