I'm going to side with those who say warranty service.

It may not be water. It should not be rain water as even with a crack in the duct rain should not get in there. You may have a busted heater core though. The other possibility is condensation from the air conditioning.

Yep, take it straight back to Ford. Warranty is 3 years. If the carpet is stained or funky smelling make them replace the carpet under warranty too.

The vehicle is still under warranty. Return it to your local Ford dealer for repair. Hopefully you don't have ducks inside your vehicle. . .

replace piece that is cracked, or dont wash your truck and dont go out in the rain. but if posible try a clear sealant like poly to seal it.. sorry for the wise crack but you didnt ask a question....

If its not under warranty any more, take it off and caulk it.
