I think anyone who's being honest about it would have to answer, "sure." For example, I used to have a profile on Yahoo Personals. All I ever got was ads from Russian mail-order brides. One day, after reading one of these, I decided to cancel my account. But since it took me so long to create my account, I wanted to give myself an extra day to think about it so that I wouldn't later change my mind and have to re-do everything again. That next day, I received a real message from a real person. That person is my wife today. So I often remember how if I hadn't waited an extra day, I never would have met my wife.
This question doesn't have to be about regret, does it?
[Edit] Sure, if I hadn't answered that email fits, too. If I hadn't waited an extra day... if I hadn't answered the email... if I let our first argument end everything... you betcha. I think we all have moments like that--good and bad.

yes many times, if I hadn't got married, if I didn't have kids. etc etc etc. But them if we didn't certain things, we would never know certain things.
By the way, I love my children and I am still quite happily married.

No. Life's too short to worry about the "what-ifs".
