I'm 50 years old, and eveytime the movie Jumanji comes on t.v. I watch it, and it's by myself? I'll bet I've seen it a good 10 times. I'm starting to wonder about myself.

I'm...I don't give out my age, but I'm up there...Anyway, Jumanji is a great movie. I love The Dark Crystal, too. What I'm getting at is that if you like this movie, Jumanji, or any other kids' film, there's nothing wrong with watching it. I still watch Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and the original Willy Wonka.

Nothing strange at all. I'm over 50, and have watched (and will continue to watch) the Lord of the Rings movies whenever they have been on TV (And I've read the book 5 times).

well if u think about it we r all strange because there is no such thing as normal, and the reason for that is because there is somthing idvidualy special about everyone. So yes i think u r strange but in a good way, and a lot of the people i know have seen that movie well over 10 times. (i'v seen it 12 times)

No worries, I am 52 and my husband is 56 and we get such a kick out of watching Jumanji too and all our of children and their families have a dvd cause they like it too.

YOU should not stop wondering or you may stifle the little Child in you.As we grow,we increasingly tend to enjoy things which we liked or did as kids.Call it a revisit before the 'Finale' or going around the full circle but enjoy you must.It's natural and universal.

certain movies/ books etc speak to our inner self..
nothing wrong with feeling some comfort watching/reading them numerous times..it is like visiting with an old friend.
