How about a chicken stirfry with lots of colourful veg and noodles
Or a large bowl of cheesey pasta with garlic bread
Or a chicken curry with rice
Or Fagitas
Just some easy foods we have for dinner when no one feels particularly creative.

Lasagne is very easy to make and you can make it look more fancy by adding lots of veg to the mince, and putting tomato slices on top! A home made garlic bread wouldn't go a miss either - when you've done let me know and ill come around!!!

Roast beef. Season it, throw it in the oven & later add veggies. Set it on a low heat & you can do other stuff for a few hours while it's cooking. I think I'll do that!!!!!
