do you rate thumbs up or down for peoples answers honestly based on their answers and how informative they are? or does it just depend on if you like the person as to wether you give thumbs up or down??
i answer all asked questions with honest, educated answers.
and STILL it seems that even though none of the other answers to the question has been rated thumbs up or down, mine always has a thumbs down, even on questions that im answering to my best friends, so i know thay didnt rate it that, is it possible that i have a "thumbs down stalker"? and how do i get rid of it? lol :)

I rate a thumbs up or down based on how well I think the person answered the question, not whether I like the person or not (I don't even know them).
It's weird because even when I answered a question with the correct answer, I got a thumbs down. Maybe some people go around giving the thumbs down a lot. I don't know.
I don't think you have a thumbs down stalker.

I completely understand your situation...I have a feeling that I too have an online "stalker"! I try to be fair in my ratings of the answers, but I know there are a few out there who have a few screws loose so to say and will give a thumbs down to you just because they don't like you.
I'm on my 3rd account here from being reported so many times for questions that weren't even in violation so I know how you feel.
I just shake it off---after all it's not real life....it's just on the computer!!!!

I used to rate a thumbs up to almost all my answers, back when I could still rate them. I have been knocked down to level one again, so I can't right now. If I give a thumbs down rating to an answer of a question I asked... It will only be because someone was rude! And they used to get a detail informing them of it!
With regards to your stalker... If you know who it is, block them! Their obsession may get worse and result in your getting deleted!

Don't worry yourself too much about it some people just can't handle the truth & are childish little jerks. A that matters is how you feel about your answer to others questions. This answers thing has become nothing but a big joke anyway. So keep your head up you really don't know these jerks so let it roll right off.

If it is a serious question, I give a thumbs up to the answer that I think best answers it. If it is a funny question, then I thumbs up the most humorous answer.
