Just curious how much interest this former Beatle stirs up among young music fans. I'm listening to my new CD copy of it. It's very melodic, rocks out at times, and has a modern sound. I'm enjoying it.

I checked the numbers on Amazon.com. The album has been out two months, now costs only $9.99 and is #242 on the album sales chart.

The marketing strategy for this album has included the download crowd, so I'm wondering what impact the album is making.

I should mention that I first listened to album through Yahoo! Music, so I'm kind of answering my own question, but I'm still interested in the impact the album has made on others.

I'm pretty young and I was interested mainly cause he's Paul! It was very melodic but I was dissapointed by the Itunes commercial they used to advertise? Dance Tonight? they had to pick the worse song of teh album? I personally loved the more mellow ones like Ever Present past.

That Paul McCartney sure has a will to produce music. He was my favorite Beatle back in the 60's. But enough already Paul! He's a multimillionaire so he doesn't care if his sales are down. He just likes to produce music. There is so much music out there now days and he is sort of like YESTERDAY, actually one of their better singles, too. They were absolutely fabulous in the early 60s. Personally, he should collaborate with someone else. He and John Lennon were magic together in the 60's. He should hook up with someone and really jam hard! That might put a little fire back into his style of music. He's a gemini so perhaps he should hook up with a fire sign like sagittarius or leo. LOL. Just a thought is all from an old Beatle fan who wept, cried and screamed in the early 60's.

in 1964 I was a teenager and saw the Beatles every time they performed at the Hollywood bowl. I love Paul McCartney but I have never liked his music after the Beatles. I felt George Harrison wrote the best music and songs post Beatles. I've listened to Paul's New album and it just doesn't do anything for me.

i like it! He sounds somewhat super on the album, there is a few super tunes (Ever modern previous, in basic terms mamma knows) or maybe some funky keyboards in my well-known music, Mr Bellamy. circulate purchase it human beings, you isn't dissatisfied!
