I got hurt in dec of 2006 and worked on crutches til feb 07 after that worked every day til i found out that i had a very bad tear in my miscuses got operated on in may my boss made me come back to work after three weeks ive been on restricted duty since they told me that they could live up to the restrictions well now they put a camera in the area where iam to watch me the owners son said he gets shots for his knee all the time and he is fine now the doctor tells me i will never be 100% and i will need this new type of shot for the rest of my life when i walk my knee cracks and i get a sharp pain i was told that my miscuses was gone i go to thepary three times a week and it hurts bad when i stand straight and put weight on it to walk any one out there know anything about this can u help!

You'll probably want a job where you can stay off your feet: A rather important part of your joint was severely damaged, after all. As for the owner's son, I'm not sure the lad knows what he's talking about! And I sure do hope Daddy isn't paying attention to him!
