totally agreed...actually its my fav. song ever!!! yeah more bands need 2 make songs like that... it had a awesome gtr. riff and vocals and drums #1 on my 10 fav. rock songs riff!!!~~~

Back in Black is a great song, that's no doubting that, but there's a lot more than 10 songs out there that beat it: Purple Haze, I am the Walrus, Sweet Child O' Mine, Time, Johnny B. Goode, Stairway to Heaven, Sitting on the Dock of the Bay, Imagine, Hey Jude, Light my Fire, All Along the Watchtower (Hendrix cover), and quite a few others.

I used to be an AC/DC fan until the "Back in Black" album came out! Apart from the song "Giving the Dog a Bone", it is one of the worst albums ever made...."Back in Black" & You Shook Me All Night Long" are 2 of the most boring, annoying & over rated songs of all time...the Young brothers had lost their edge & creativity by then & losing Bon Scott didn't help either!!!

The whole BACK IN BLACK album from start to finish is a masterpiece and the best work by AC/DC imo....It is like Bon Scott personally sent Brian to replace him. and the song Back in Black is one of the best rock songs ever. Shoot to Thrill is another personal favorite.

i love ac/dc but i can't understand why everybody thinks back in black is their greatest song. whole lotta rosie, rock n roll damnation, highway to hell, problem child and rocker are all better.
