I love meat, but if I had to fend for myself I would have to be a vegetarian.

Good question! I think I'd probably have to be a vego, as I couldn't bear to kill an animal. Maybe a chicken, if I were starving.....

Of course, if I had to feed a family and there weren't enough vegies, I'd have to toughen up...........

EDIT: er, if you eat fish, I don't think you can call yourself a vegetarian....

Well I would have to say it depends on where we were and what was available. When it comes to fending for life I think that one may be surprised what one could do.

Possibly, but what if you're being attacked by a gigantic mutant plant that lives suspiciously close to a leaky nuclear reactor? If you fight back, you really aren't a vegetarian anymore, either . . .

I could never even live on a farm! My dad tells stories of growing up on a farm and naming the animals, then having to kill them. I'll never understand that

No, I would be able to hunt and fish. I've no problem turning animals into meat.

I am a vegetarian. For health reasons and no other reason other than that. I still eat eggs and eat and drink dairy products.

...and fish. I love seafood.
