I found this to be true, also. I think our culture puts more stress on a woman to perform too many functions. Especially working mothers... I think this tends to cause them a lot of frustrations.

Because women have a lot more to deal with. Periods, pregnancy, being generally physically weaker than men, we're more likely to get molested/raped, we're still going through sexism.. the list goes on.

We ARE!?! News to me, my impression is that women are calmer than those of us who need to shave our faces daily.
My guess is hormones and genetics. A woman's body distributes different hormones than a man's--estrogen for women vs. testosterone for men.

men are not calmer or more relaxed than women, but women find it easier to express their feelings and socialize, and in most places where women are subservient to men they tend to be stressed out by their status.
