For example, I'm sure I've seen this question before. LOL

Seriously, I think we have all had experience of feeling as if this is a rerun, when intellectually you know it is not. What I believe it is may be harder to explain than just to say it is a mystery. I feel it is a loop in the tape. From a higher level of consciousness, your life can be seen as a sort of film strip, frame by frame running together so quickly it seems to be a continuous movie. But just as old-time phonograph records could sometimes skip back a groove, it is possible for this tape to get looped where you go through a single experience twice. I have had it happen to me many times, mostly but not always under the influence of drugs.

One particularly intense one was in the dentists chair under gas. I kept hearing the exact same sounds in the dentist's office, and perceived that the technician and the doctor were saying the exact same thing, cabinet doors opening and closing, and drawers sliding in and out, all over and over. I decided that the only way to get out of this loop was to reach UP, and I reached the Clear Light. Momentarily, of course: it is always only momentarily.

So when you have a deja vu experience, try looking UP, reaching UP, and see if you can't get to a higher dimension of experienced.

Deja vous is the sense of perception of having seen or experienced something before. I get it all the time being a strong clairvoyant but everyone exeriences it from time to time and I would'nt worry to much about it. Can't think of any good sites or anything else about it either, it's just one of those little mysteries.

Deja vu is defined as the illusion of remembering things which are seen for the first time.According to something I read recently scientists were able to create this illusion by stimulating a certain part of the brain. In other words it really is an illusion.

It's the realization that you exist in infinity, and in that moment you are able to realize that there is no such thing as time. Therefore, it feels like a familiar moment because that is the only other way your brain can process this realization. At least that's been my interpretation of it.

To me it's something I have dreamed about but I know it's just a dream, later in life the dream plays out just the way it when I was dreaming.

"The term "déjà vu" (IPA:/deʒa vu/) (French for "already seen", also called paramnesia from the Greek word para (παρα) for parallel and mnēmē (μνήμη) for memory) describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously..."
