Yes..... but usually it takes me falling down like 4 or 5 times for me to realize I keep making the same mistake over and over. Then I finally say.... Ok ok ok..... I have to look at what I'm doing. I have to change. I have to find the right way to do this. It's not easy to face that..... but gosh...... isn't that the most important lesson we learn?? *sigh*

That's what I have done today, Moon. I learned today that I have even more friends than I thought here and it's better to stay than walk away from therm.
In my every day life, I always take a step back and take a good look at the decisions I've made. Reevaluating happens sometimes and others not. sometimes, I know I made the right decision.

I realized too much reevaluation and reconsideration make decision more complicated. Hopefully I can just go ahead without the thoughts of stepping back.

I consider myself very thorough in my decision-making processes. However, in the course of a relationship, and if there were serious issues that could not be settled, I would not find it difficult to make the decision to step back for the sake of the relationship, despite the personal pain I would undergo. I think it is valiant, and a sign of love, to give space to someone to consider options, even if you aren't a part of the answer.

I have to review and re-evaluate. How else do I know if I am still on course? It is so easy to drift away from your original intention/goal if you do not spend a little time looking back. I think it is important to question who you are and what you are doing, just as important as asking yourself 'Would I do that again?' Sometimes the answer may be no. Yes I can take a step back if I have a good enough reason to. People who ask questions should give the answerer the opportunity to respond. How can you continue to learn without reviewing what has gone before?

i found myself reevaluating my answer to your question :)

it's not easy to reevaluate decisions.
too much reevaluating is just prolonging the decision which makes it more difficult.
once the decision is made, there's no turning back.
you can only learn from it and hope that you won't make the same blunder.

i've made some mistakes due to hasty decisions.
i wish i could undo what i had done, but i can't.

Haha.. I don't step back.. Not because it is difficult for me. I just don't. I guess I'm a 'step forward' person. I did encounter hard times and get stuck sometimes. When so, I stopped and took my times to figure out what the next step forward was.

Take care, Moon...

To take a step back is to bring in new ideas before going forward. To move forward may not be wrong, depending on situations. Impulse will kill off whatever efforts done and there's no turning back. One has to be responsible for one's actions.

Before you do anything, think to avoid more damages. As for pride, leave it aside for the time being.

Cheers :)

If i am wrong i can take step back ,i think there is nothing bad in doing that as whats most imp in my life is to be on the right side not on the wrong side of life.
Have a nice day
