i have compaq nx6210 laptop.my OS xp sp2.i have lot of issues in my laptop.
1-i cant change my folder option.
i can able 2 view folder option under view & control panel.i can try 2 change folder option in my computer(explore)-tools-folder option-view-(choose)show hidden files and folders.but its autometically goes to ''do not show hidden files and folders'' option within a second.why happend this?any warms?how can i set ''show hidden files and folders'' option?
2-i cant able to install mozilla firefox in normal mode.if i try 2 install firefox,suddenly close the installer,its says
''USE INTENET EXPLORER YOU DOPE
I DINT HHTEMOZILLA BUT
USE IE OR ELSE''
why this happend?i can able to install firefox in ''safemode and networking'' mode in build-in administrator account.now i can use firefox in built-in administrator account & administrator accounts in safe and networking mode only.i cant use normal mode in administrator account.why this happend?

lol i hate to laugh but you are infected with a virus a friend of mine used make crap like this and im sorry i don't know how to fix other than just rebooting the computer to its manufactuers settings.

if you have your hidden files in a folder then open the folder on the left side of the window you can find an option show hidden files and folders click it after your hidden files and folders will be opened.
You dont install mozilla fire fox you are better to use internet explorer as its a better product of microsoft.

or is this a hoax.
I have searched all the main virus protection sites and many tech sites. Most do not even list it.
Only one site stated that it is a worm.

It sure is a virus. Suggest you go to Kaspersky.com. Run the free system check. That should do but if it failed, u have to format ur system drive - that is: drive c, and re-install xp.

move the doccuments and files to D or E and format C before your reistall windows.
