One would say it should. Santa was flying a bit too low, in a no fly-zone. However, he could chalk it up to parking, but the defendant (i.e. Grandma) would simply refer to the folklore that Santa parks of rooftops. It would be quite the conundrum indeed. However, in the end, I think Geico wouldn't cover it. The reindeer ran her over, not Santa. They are living creatures, and could've dodged her easily. But Santa's malicious intent drove right over her. It'd technically be the reindeers' faults, not Santas. But no cash for Granny I'm afraid...

If the reindeer was behind the wheel of the car that hit grandma, I would have to say yes. And if the reindeer was drunk driving, Grandma would really have a good case for suing
