Cool question! I have some ideas:

a. Use for every letter the third next letter & for X,Y,Z use A,B,C correspondingly. i.e. A=D, B=E etc., NIKOS=QLNRV.

b. Expanding the previous thought, use a letter in front of your message to show the decoder how many letters you have added to each letter. (a=1,b=2 etc.) Example: nikos could be written like aojlpt, bpkmqu, cqlnrv and so on...

c. Try replacing every letter to the corresponding number sequence in th alphabet. For one-digit numbers add 0 in front. Example: nikos=1409111519

d. Any combination of the above would probably give a very good coding, but also a very complex one that might conflict you.

Good luck!

The best id suggest is that make one of your own , use any formula for example , a = 1^1=1 , b = 2^2 =4 and so on or a = 50 b = a- a/5 , c = b-b/5 , you can create a program too for decompiling them
