What do you think about a villa in Cannes?

One of my internet friends asked for my openion about a villa in Cannes, France. I think it is very expensive but I am not sure..
can you please advice if it worth or not!!

Reserve a room for me, especially during the Cannes Film Festival in May. I'd like to play with the rich and famous.
