It surely depends on the size , the place, and the kind of tatoo, but also on the man who sees it.
Some tatoos even become boring, necause almost every girl has it. (Exemple: tribal in lower back)
A tatoo should be there to show something, to be original, so getting something that everybody has is just boring.

No way,lower back tattoos on women are real sexy when they bend over and makes the mind wonder how far they go down.size of tattoo doesn't matter,hidden tattoos are sexy for them and their partners where ever they are

most men only get turned off by tattoos on women when it's a large tattoo of her ex-boyfriends name somewhere intimate that is in clear view during sex.

I haven't found it to be so, luckily!!
I have a 'dog-paw-print & bone' tattoo all the way down my back, and a Tazmanian Devil on my right buttock; both are an expression of my personality - love me, love my tattoos!!

Obviously depends on the person.
Having said that, I think it has mostly to do with the size, location and design of the tattoo.

if it is only a very small tattoo, and done in a concealed part of the body, it is okay, as for the sake of art, they say.

Not me I like TATS as long as they are in good taste as a form of expression as far as on a female I think its very sexy esp the lower back. I have a couple my self on around my naval and one on my arm.

but not all body tattooes 1 or 2 cute ones are cool
