If you say "good bye" and don't mean it, then, yes.

Yes! I once did a stand-up comedy bit based on the word goodbye. I said there should be a better way to say goodbye to a bastard (like someone who broke your heart or something) like badbye or rot-in-hell-you-******-bye..."Goodbye" sounds like you're wishing him well & I wasn't wishing him well I wanted him to have a miserable life quite frankly, to writhe in a gutter and rue the day he let me go...
Of course it's also hard to say goodbye to someone you love. "Parting is such sweet sorrow" (to quote Shakespeare)...Sometimes the last thing on earth you want to do is leave but you have no choice...When it's someone I can't bear to say goodbye to I usually just say "See you later..."

No, according to the wikipedia article, it means God be with you and, I think, it is a matter of etiquette between friends, colleagues, lovers, etc. whose friendships remain even they need to part to return back home or somewhere they live. Therefore, the term always refers to a good farewell as a verbal message to confirm their intimacy.

As far as I am aware, the phrase "goodbye" is a contraction of "god be with you"; so no, there can't be a linguistic "badbye". Whatever you might mean when you say the word is another matter, of course.

Most definitely... though I would caution you- please see past my normal cynicism -and challenge you, if it ever turns out that way, to part ways with a mind open enough to view your "farewell" later on with a different perspective....
just a suggestion, but bitterness and anger and "hatred" eats you too...
