Most people would automatically say "heartbreak" or "my ex dating someone else" or something of that nature, but today people are so obsessed with love and partnership that they don't generally think about the more important things until it happens. The worst feeling ever, I would have to say, is when someone very close to you dies, and you know there was a way you could have prevented it if you had only known...

Loosing someone to death.
It's much worse then any broken heart, since broken hearts are bogus. I mean there are so many more people out there you can love and no way to replace a dead loved one.
