Why do we have to have nonstop wars? can't we just accept the fact that we are all humans and start taking a better care of the planet?

Believe it or not some people dont even believe that global warming exists. I was in NH visiting and someone made a joke about global warming and how it was stupid and didnt exist....i wanted to punch them in the face for being so dumb. I think more people think about the "now" instead of the future and they believe that is wont affect that so why bother.

The people with the smallest brains have the biggest mouths and loudest voices.

You, me, and the general public are all for accepting people for who they are. But we don't want to become world leaders because you'd have to explain the blatantly obvious to people all around the planet. Collectively, the people starting the wars and keep them going are constantly preying on the weak minded.

Well, not always, I think there is a lot of pain out there. If you want to rile up a crowd for a cause, you go for the easiest targets... the hungry and the grieving. Use them to muster up some hate within the tiny brained community then you got yourself an army.

As for saving the planet, we might be able to pull that off once we can save each other.

That's my guess.

Because actually, when we have a choice to make it mostly goes like this :
- Option one: good, but expensive
- Option two: bad, but cheap.

As most people on the world aren't rich, they mostly will take the cheapest one, even if it pollutes, if it's worse for your health, ...

For the wars, it's just some guys wanting power, mostly only the high politics (sometimes religious) and not really the population.

That would be *so* nice. Unfortunately, though, I doubt it will ever happen. As you said, the wars are "nonstop," and they really are. It's too bad that we didn't use the millions (billions?) of dollars we've put into Iraq into helping those who truly need it--like those in Darfur. Eliminating some of the poverty would eliminate some of the need to fight.

Humanity holds too many different opinions of moral and priorities with this world. Thick heads can only be stopped with a bullet.

people don't see what harm we do with wars or what we do when we litter. It destroys our planet and the word needs to get out and we need to listen =]
People don't ever wanna hear how throwing away a little wrapper can harm us and yet the complain by how hot it is... and they wonder why... idiots >.<
