No, but they are many feet in length!

Just as height varies from person to person, the length of the entire intestinal tract varies as well. The average length is between about 27 and 35 feet. That's generally, at least where I live, not even out your front door to your walkway. Hardly circling the earth, is it?

You are probably thinking blood vessels, if you unwrapped all of those then they could.
