I believe for all the money that is put into the NASA projects,they could have more control over their astronauts.NASA officials should stop watching the stars all the time,and watch their personnel.

NASA is an important flag ship for technology development and promotion which is understood and appreciated by workers the world over, industry (varying country by country) has generally accepted that alcohol and work don't mix well, and I know that if I work with drunk people I feel uncomfortable as I rely on them for my own safety and their judgement will be comprimised.

If somebody strapped me to a rocket full of high octane fuel and hurled me into space along with an astronaut g1rlfriend from hell, I wouldn't mind taking a swig off a bottle of Jack Daniels myself.
