Personally I have two tattoos and two piercings. I think if the piercings are tasteful and not all gross then they are very hot! Septum rings.....EW! Does not matter who or what is there, you're a human not a bull! If a person has tattoos covering every inch of them again ew. Small tasteful ones can be hot though, I have a dragon blowing bubbles on my back I have gotten a lot of compliments about but huge tattoos are such a turn off.

Peircings: ears, bellybutton is hot (not beyond this)
Tattoos: Lower back above the butt is the perfect place and looks so hot. Dont over do it, make it small, not on the arms at all.

tats and piercings do not make a girl hot. However if she is hot already they can look good.

nah.. dont like 'em.
I heard the only place where piercings dont disrupt the body is in cartlidge in the soft bit of the ear.
