How do I add/remove programs to WinXP start up? NOT the start menu, but which programs launch at start up?

Back on Win98, I used to go to control panel. With XP, that does NOT work. How do I add/remove programs that launch when my winXP is booted up? Thank you.

Go To Start->Run, and type msconfig in the run box. Go the the startup tab, and uncheck the ones you don't want (be careful not to uncheck ones that you do want there, though).

However, to add a program to startup list, you need to edit registry. There are two different keys for "current user" and "all users".
