Maybe instead of asking what makes Jesus so special - you should ask God what you need to change in your life to be acceptable so that you might inherit some of the same heavenly riches Jesus received. If that is too religious for you, then stay away from the Jesus questions and look in a mirror.

Jesus tried to tell us again and again who we are and the things he could do we could do also, but we are all still asleep. Jesus was an awakened master.
A quote of the Buddha when asked "what is it like to be enlightened?" He responded "I am awake."
